Manual Therapy

When you're ready to finally leave chronic pain behind for good. This customized, targeted therapy can address issues such as lower and upper back pain, neck pain, knee pain, hip pain, elbow conditions including golfer’s elbow and tennis elbow, pain during pregnancy, headaches, tendonitis, foot pain, plantar fasciitis, TMJD and other somatic and physiological conditions including lymphatic function, breath, mucous and fluid production, and more. We have 10+ years of experience in helping people overcome chronic pain and have prevented dozens of surgeries.

Our Techniques + Philosophies

At Mud + Stone we use elevated manual techniques based on osteopathic principles. We believe in a holistic approach, taking in to account the relationship between all the muscles and structures in the body, going where is needed to contact the specific muscle for release and connecting that through the rest of your body to find the root cause. A broad and general massage can feel wonderful, but but complete and total pain relief is our goal. Every movement, pressure point, and every stroke has a purpose and intention behind it.  It's up to the therapist to asses the proper pressure depth and treatment plan and for the client to trust this process, and open communication during sessions is highly encouraged. Multi faceted approaches to chronic pain will be approached over multiple sessions until desired results are achieved. We always start simply first. Lifestyle, posture, diet, and exercise habits may be assessed over many sessions.

We practice within our scope on all levels of assessment and therapy.

We are no longer accepting new clients for relaxation massages.
