Shannon's journey to the healing arts started at the young age of 6, after witnessing the pain and struggle of her Grandfather at the hands of diabetes and ultimately the loss of his legs, his eventual passing left an impact on her and a calling to help ease human suffering.
Having spent many years fighting her own severe health battles with chronic pain and fatigue due to Crohn's Disease as well as her long time trials with acne, Shannon is able to empathize with her clients on a deep level and can truly and profoundly understand the psyche and complete healing process of overcoming chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and skin issues from early beginning to completely well.
She is currently entirely healed through the power of plants, mindset and inner work, and prayer. She has been symptom free for 7+ years.
Shannon went on to begin her massage career at the Cortiva Institute in Seattle, WA in 2009, formerly the Brian Utting School of Massage, completing a rigorous 1000hr+ curriculum with a focus on injury treatment and chronic pain relief. She completed her Esthetics training in 2015 and has completed multiple certifications throughout her career in Medical Massage, Deep Tissue, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi ( to which she studied on the Island of Kauai for 4 years), Haase Myotherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Infant Massage, Certified Intra-Oral Massage in Washington State, Facial (Nefeli) Gua Sha, the Yakov Gershkovich Method of Sculptural Facelifting and Buccal Massage, and is currently training in Kobido Japanese Facial Massage with Dr. Shogo Mochizuki, master of the 26th generation and lineage of Kobido.
Shannon has a gift for unlocking blocked structures in the body and restoring optimal function of the skin and muscles and has developed a strong track record of cancelled surgeries, restored range of motion in the extremities, and allowed hundreds to regain control of their pain and start living life again.
